For more than three centuries,
specialists in corn milling

The Molino Genovese’s history has his roots back in 1710, when the Genovese family decided to start a business of corn milling along the Melma’s river banks, in close proximity of Treviso town.

The strengthening of the experience in corn milling, the progressive widening of facilities and the investments in new technologies, have led, generation after generation, to a constant growth and development of the mill.

Today Molino Genovese is an established industrial company in the Italian milling industry, mainly specialized in corn grits production for breweries and in corn grits production for snack factories.

Our products

We only process yellow food-grade and GMO-free corn for the production of:

  • Corn grits for beer
  • Corn grits for snacks type 101
  • Corn grits for snacks type 108
  • Corn flour type 120
  • Corn flour type 122
  • Bramata corn meal
  • Fioretto corn flour

Our product range and our production capacity
enable us to supply both the domestic
and the international market.
We ship our products in 25 kg paper bags
or in bulk, by truck, tanker or in container,
depending on the need.

Not only food-grade flours

A new production department has been operational since January 2018:
the corn oil mill.
Thanks to the installation of equipment for mechanical pressing,
we extract the oil from the corn germ produced in our mill.
The final products, obtained only by mechanical pressing
without the use of solvents, are corn crude oil and corn-germ cake.

Safe and high-quality feed for dairy cow

From the grinding process and from the corn oil mill we get two products with
high quality and nutritional profile for animal feed:
the fine corn-feed and the corn-germ cake.
Both are particularly suitable for dairy cow feed, as they are obtained from
processing of food-grade corn in compliance with contamination limits
for human consumption.
They use for the daily ration, guarantees the quality and the safety of the milk,
preventing the risk of presence of aflatoxins.
